Refund policy
My little small business cannot be responsible for issues outside of my control once your package leaves my care. So in general, refunds and returns are not generally accepted but exceptions will be made. See the Shipping Policy for more details but if you believe your order should be considered for a refund please submit the following information via email within 48 hours of delivery to gardenistajax@gmail.com
An unboxing video is required to be eligible for a refund. The video must show package unopened and then show the opening of the package and removal and unwrapping of each item on video. Please also include pictures of unopened box, and packaging as well as detailed pictures of damaged plant or item. A written description of issue you have with arrival is also appreciated along with an explanation of how I can make it right. Please see shipping policy below as well because shipping is very hard on plants and they require time to recover. More details are in that Shipping Policy for your review.
Plant Shipping Insurance is available for purchase before checking out. This Shipping Insurance will cover any plants you are buying in the order you are placing. Within 48 hours of receiving the plant, if there is an issue or the plant is damaged you will have to request a refund. Requesting a refund entails sending videos and pictures of the plant to gardenistajax@gmail.com. Someone will assess the photos and handle it accordingly.Â
