Pencil Cactus Cuttings

Pencil Cactus (Euphorbia tirucalli) is native to arid regions of Africa, but naturalized throughout many dry areas throughout the world. Also sometimes called Fire Stick because of the caustic latex it exudes that can cause skin irritation as well as temporary blindness. As such, you should always wear protective eye coverings and gloves when working with this unique plant.

Care Instructions: Prefers full sun and a well-draining potting mix formulated for succulents, water when dry in summer, but do not water in winter.
